Please Note: Keep Your Membership Current for Your Exchange
Some members have recently experienced difficulties with their exchange arrangements after allowing their membership to lapse before the exchange took place.
While you are not required to renew your membership every year, we strongly recommend keeping your membership current if you have a confirmed exchange planned for the coming year. This helps ensure that you and your exchange partner continue to have the support and protection of the HomeLink network.
If your membership has lapsed, HomeLink Organizers in other countries may be unable to assist you with an exchange. In fact, many HomeLink Organizers advise their members not to proceed with an exchange if either member is no longer current.
Why? Because when both parties are current HomeLink members, the exchange takes place within the HomeLink International network, with access to the support and protections that come with being a member.
Our advice is simple: If you have a confirmed exchange coming up, keep your membership active until the exchange has been completed.
